PetaMem announces its Membership at ACL (Association for Computational
Linguistics) and EAMT (The European Association for Machine Translation). With
most topics that are covered by these organizations being PetaMems core
business, this Membership is considered very valuable for the companys R&D
activities.

About ACL/EACL
The Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL - see
www.aclweb.org) is
the international scientific and professional society for people working on
problems involving natural language and computation. EACL
(www.eacl.org) was
established in 1982 as the european chapter of ACL. It is the primary
professional association for computational linguistics in Europe.
About EAMT
The EAMT (www.eamt.org)
was established in 1991 and is a non-profit
organization registered in Switzerland. It is one of three regional
associations of the International Association for Machine Translation
(IAMT). This organization serves the growing community of people interested in
